Koei Research & Consulting Inc. (KRC) provides consulting services for Official Development Assistance (ODA) projects and comprehensive planning of local governments in Japan, with each and every one of its employees aspiring "to realize a prosperous society." Our services cover a wide range of fields, including Economic Development, Education & Human Resource Development, Social Development & Peacebuilding, Health & Well-being, and Design & Engineering. In ODA projects, we are engaged in a wide variety of works, from survey and technical cooperation projects to architectural design, construction supervision, and soft components of grant and loan assistance projects.

In recent years, development needs have become more diverse and complex as the socio-economic structure of developing countries has changed. Digital Transformation (DX) is also progressing rapidly, and digital technology is being actively incorporated into the ODA projects. In addition, the global spread of the new coronavirus has revealed socio-economic vulnerabilities of developing countries. In order for developing countries to create a more resilient society against infectious diseases, ODA projects are shifting to focus on human security such as healthcare, sanitation, and water. In this changing social and economic environment, KRC will continue to provide efficient, effective, and high quality consulting services by accurately grasping the needs of clients.
